Writing in my journal is a habit that I developed in order for me to take care of myself. At the end of the day, I write down everything that has happened to me throughout the day. I also like to write my thoughts, no matter how random they are. I guess I can say that it is like therapy for me because I do not really feel comfortable talking about my thoughts to other people. I like to think that my journal is an outlet of my bottled emotions.

AuthorBuilding this is building mastery. It is learning a new skill. It is making time for myself to achieve a goal. A plan enacted imperfectly now is better than a plan enacted perfectly never. Life is a dance not a destination. Even in enacting this I am becoming happy. Letting go of self doubt fear of criticism and learning a skill from the bottom up. Go with me grow with me.
