19 Ways 2 show loved ones LOVE during Covid 19 social distancing

  1. Leave a little something on a loved ones doorstep. (could be from your home if your doing spring cleaning)
  2. Get Crafty. (Make something a card a drawing knit sew create a gift)
  3. An homage to an old movie: Hold a boombox over your head and play it to their window (etc)
  4. Get old fashioned. (write a real penned letter and send it in the mail.)
  5. Send a card. (For absolutely no reason)
  6. Play them a song. (if your musically inclined stand in their yard and play them a tune)
  7.  Sing them a song. (if you have a voice, good or not, give it a go)
  8. Call and text with far more regularity than you used to. (up the level of regular contact)
  9. Go to a park and play Frisbee with masks on. (or other sports you can social distance doing)
  10.  Share a meal through skype zoom or other internet platform.
  11. Get cooking. (Bake some goodies to drop off at their doorstep)
  12. Get shopping. (Pick up necessities for a loved one whom its hard for them to get themselves)
  13. Window fun. (erasable pens, patty cake, tic tac toe through a window the possibilities end where your creativity does)
  14. Play truth or dare cards and other games via skype zoom or other platforms.
  15. Make a plan. (talk of all the adventures you will have when you can get together)
  16. Share ideas. (exchange your shut in playlists movies activities with each-other to pass the time happier)
  17. Watch a movie or read a book together separately and then discuss it.
  18.  Tail Gate-togher. (Get together at a safe distance outdoors in your vehicles and hang out)
  19. Admit your feelings. (tell them you miss them what they truly mean to you: now is the perfect excuse)

    Building this is building mastery. It is learning a new skill. It is making time for myself to achieve a goal. A plan enacted imperfectly now is better than a plan enacted perfectly never. Life is a dance not a destination. Even in enacting this I am becoming happy. Letting go of self doubt fear of criticism and learning a skill from the bottom up. Go with me grow with me. Lets get happy. :)
